RETURNS
If you wish to return an item, we kindly ask that you get in touch with our customer services team as soon as possible after receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with confirmation and details on where to send the item. Please note that returns must be initiated promptly upon receipt of the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and wrappers intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or removal of tags may result in a denial of the return request. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
